In Tabby's world, there is a big city that is officially the kingdom's capital. It's run by a royal appointed king and queen and every 25 to 50 years, they get a new ruler or even have a reign cut short if the leaders cause an upheaval due to unpopularity, which does not happen very often, but has been close a few times with changes in leadership. In each depiction, you can see the royal building that houses the leaders and their families if they so desire, though some do choose to pick an undisclosed home outside of the capital city or the big city as many call it. It's a bustling city and filled with thrilling shops and boutiques as well as boasting of the largest market in the realm. It's quite a peaceful place, though, as people tend to seek it and keep it, unless power is usurped. The leaders do emphasize in caring for its residents first and newcomers who wish to contribute to their society in a helpful way. Overall, a united realm.
